Barnhart Industries is a Textile Manufacturer in Jefferson County, MO. There are many details and processes that go into manufacturing the products that we make at Barnhart Industries. Getting help with doing the details in the quality needed is a challenge.

For over ten years we have been working with JSI. In fact, JSI has become an important part of our business. There are products that we make where we start it off by cutting the pieces to size. We call JSI to dispatch a driver and they promptly come to pick up the cut pieces to take back to their shop. While at JSI, their workers will carefully assemble the precut pieces and precisely organize them in trays to return to our factory for the next step. We then run them through our machines applying the proper hardware and they go right back to JSI for the final hand assembling work.

What JSI has been able to do for Barnhart Industries is balance out our workflow, supply accurate consistent parts for our team, and control our costs, allowing us to globally compete on the market.
